About the role
The QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications throughout the development lifecycle. The role involves analyzing requirements, creating detailed test plans, designing comprehensive test cases, preparing test environments and data, executing manual and automated tests, identifying and documenting defects, and validating fixes. The engineer will also handle regression testing, performance evaluations, usability checks, automation script development, and post-release monitoring. This position requires close collaboration with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases and continuously improve testing processes, tools, and standards.
