About the role
Bsc or equivalent The Desktop / End User IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues. The engineer ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications. This role also involves user account administration, asset management, incident resolution, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to IT service management (ITSM) processes and security policies.
