About the role
Workday Functional QA / Testing Life Science Domain Experience
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Workday environments.
Validate business processes, workflows, reports, and security roles within Workday.
Test inbound and outbound integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs) for data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test summary reports.
Support Workday releases and conduct impact analysis for new updates.
Ensure data validation between Workday and third-party systems.
