Job Description RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere) Position: RPA Developer – Automation Anywhere Experience: 5–14 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, maintain, and support automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable bots, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering automation solutions that drive business efficiency. Experience in finance-related processes is preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere . Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Build robust automations integrating SAP, Excel, and Macros . Provide production support, monitor bot performance, and resolve automation issues. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot bot failures and exceptions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver automation projects. Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines. Maintain documentation for automation workflows, deployment, and support activities. Required Skills & Qualifications experience with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere . Hands-on experience in developing and supporting Automation Anywhere bots. Experience working with SAP applications , Microsoft Excel , and VBA/Macros . Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Good understanding of RPA lifecycle, exception handling, and bot monitoring. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Automation Anywhere Master Certification (Highly Preferred). Experience in Finance/Accounting domain . Exposure to process optimization and automation governance frameworks. Strong Automation Anywhere Developer experience. Proven ability to build, enhance, and support enterprise automation solutions. Skilled in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring bot stability. Experience in SAP-based automation and Excel/Macro-driven processes. Automation Anywhere Master Certified candidates will have a significant advantage.
