Salesforce Developer

Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Salesforce platform development, Lightning technologies, integrations, and declarative automation tools. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications and enhancements across cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Build and maintain scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and design patterns. Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, batch processes, and integrations. Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative tools. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization practices. Troubleshoot production issues, perform debugging, and support root cause analysis activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements. Strong academic background preferred. Experience working in Agile software development environments. Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
