Job Description AI/ML Forward Deployed Engineer Experience: 710+ Years Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines AI engineering, software development, cloud technologies, and customer-facing implementation to deliver scalable, production-ready AI applications. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and gather requirements.Conduct technical discovery, solution design, and feasibility analysis.Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML and Generative AI applications.Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs and backend services.Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model monitoring and versioning.Troubleshoot production issues and support customer implementations.Create technical documentation and mentor engineering teams.Required SkillsProgramming: Python, React.js or AngularAI/ML: Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph/Semantic KernelCloud: Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS (good to have)Preferred QualificationsExperience in customer-facing AI implementations or technical consulting.Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and cloud-native architectures.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) is a plus.Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance is preferred.AI/ML Solution DevelopmentForward Deployment & Customer Implementation .
