Staff Engineer Front-End Software Development (Angular, TypeScript) Location: Gurugram, India Work Model: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time | Regular Travel: Up to 10% About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer Front-End Software Development to join our software engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain contemporary web, desktop, and cloud-based software applications. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, system engineers, software developers, and global R&D; stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#, along with experience building cloud-enabled or cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop web, desktop, and cloud-based software applications using technologies such as .NET Core, Angular, React, Node.js, and Python frameworks. - Develop intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX teams. - Translate software and system requirements into technical designs, architectures, and implementable features. - Design, develop, document, and maintain software features across multiple subsystems. - Conduct unit testing, static analysis, dynamic analysis, code reviews, and documentation reviews. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, system engineers, developers, and global R&D; teams to define technical and software design strategies. - Evaluate, select, and implement software technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices. - Develop and maintain applications in cloud, cloud-enabled, and cloud-native environments. - Contribute to software architecture, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices. - Support software development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 4-11 years of experience in web, cloud, desktop application software development, and software testing. - Strong experience with - Angular - TypeScript - JavaScript - C# - Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) - Experience working with data formats and databases, including: - XML - JSON - MySQL - SQL Server - MongoDB - NoSQL databases - Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of software development and testing practices. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AWS is a plus. - Familiarity with development tools and environments such as: - Visual Studio - Visual Studio Code - Eclipse - Git - Experience with static and dynamic memory analysis tools. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies. - Experience with mobile technologies and platforms. - Familiarity with software development practices in regulated environments. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards such as: - IEC 62304 - HIPAA and data privacy - FIPS .
