Frontend Developer Design System Implementation

Role Overview: You will be a Frontend Developer with expertise in UX/UI design and frontend engineering to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. You will lead user-centered design initiatives and convert Figma-based design systems into high-quality, reusable frontend components while ensuring performance, accessibility, and design consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Convert Figma design-system assets into reusable UI components using React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks. - Develop and maintain component libraries and design-token workflows. - Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with high design fidelity. - Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations. - Translate research findings into actionable requirements and success metrics. - Build responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible interfaces. - Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to drive projects from concept to release. Qualifications Required: - 34 years of experience in UX/UI Design and Frontend Development. - Proficiency in React, Vue, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks. - Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Expertise in Figma and design-to-development workflows. - Strong understanding of User Research methodologies and UX best practices. - Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles. - Experience with frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. - Proficiency with Git/GitHub, JIRA/Azure DevOps, and Confluence. - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
