Lead Guidewire Business Analyst - P&C Insurance Domain

Job Description : Are you a seasoned Guidewire professional with strong P&C Insurance domain expertise We are looking for a Guidewire Business Analyst Lead to drive large-scale transformation programs and cloud implementations. Required : - 8 - 12 years of experience as Guidewire Business Analyst. - Lead end-to-end functional solutioning and delivery for Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) implementations and AMS engagements. - Drive business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and translate them into scalable Guidewire solutions aligned to client objectives. - Provide domain leadership across P&C insurance processes (Underwriting, Policy, Billing, Claims) and ensure best practices adoption. - Lead and contribute on RFP responses collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, QA, integration) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and manage risks/issues proactively. - Act as a client-facing leader, managing stakeholder communication, governance, and contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and capability building. - 2 years of Experience working on Guidewire Insurance Now. - Guidewire Insurance Now Cloud implementation experience.
