ATE Power Device / PMIC Test Engineer Location: Coimbatore, Bengaluru , IndiaWork Mode: OnsiteExperience: 3- 10 Years Role Overview We are looking for an ATE Power Device / PMIC Test Engineer with experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for power semiconductor devices. The role involves test program development, hardware validation, characterization, production test optimization, and close collaboration with design, product engineering, manufacturing, and reliability teams. Candidates should have strong expertise in power semiconductor testing across wafer sort and final test environments.
