ATE RF Test Engineer RF Semiconductor Validation & Test Development Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, IndiaWork Mode: OnsiteExperience: 3 10 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an ATE RF Test Engineer with experience in RF semiconductor validation, characterization, and automated test development. The role involves developing RF ATE test programs, supporting silicon bring-up, optimizing production test solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RF ATE platforms, RF measurements, production test development, and wireless communication technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop RF ATE test programs from scratch for Wafer Sort (WS) and Final Test (FT).Design, debug, and optimize RF functional, parametric, characterization, and production test solutions.Perform RF transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) validation and characterization.Execute RF measurements including Output Power, Gain, EVM, ACPR, Harmonics, Spurious Emissions, Phase Noise, Frequency Error, Receiver Sensitivity, and BER.Develop RF calibration routines to improve measurement accuracy across ATE platforms.Analyze Wafer Sort and Final Test data to optimize yield, test limits, and test time.Develop and debug RF load boards, RF probe cards, calibration boards, and RF interface hardware.Perform ATE-to-bench correlation and validate RF measurement accuracy.Develop automation scripts for RF test execution, engineering analysis, and reporting.Support NPI, Engineering Validation (EV), Product Qualification, Characterization, Reliability, and Production Release activities.Work closely with RF Design, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Reliability, Applications, Foundry, and Customer Engineering teams.Prepare technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of RF production test methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in:Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)Instrumentation EngineeringComputer EngineeringEmbedded SystemsVLSI DesignMicroelectronicsSemiconductor TechnologyOr a related engineering discipline3 10 years of experience in RF semiconductor validation, characterization, or ATE RF test development.Experience supporting both engineering validation and production test environments.
