Process Integration Engineer Parametric Test | Semiconductor Foundry Location: Bengaluru, India Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 5 -12 Years Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing / Foundry Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Process Integration Engineer Parametric Test to support technology development and high-volume manufacturing for advanced semiconductor processes. The role focuses on electrical parametric characterization, process monitoring, technology correlation, yield improvement, and process optimization across FEOL and BEOL manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wafer-level parametric testing, statistical data analysis, device characterization, and process integration within a semiconductor foundry or IDM environment.
