AI Technology Head

In this role at the dynamic fintech innovation hub operating at the intersection of insurance broking and artificial intelligence, you will be redefining risk assessment, customer engagement, and distribution efficiency for Indias rapidly evolving insurance ecosystem. Backed by deep domain expertise in broker-led distribution and AI-native product design, you will empower insurers and agents with intelligent automation, predictive modeling, and hyper-personalized client experiences all built on scalable, compliant, and real-time data architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end AI/ML strategy from ideation to deployment across underwriting, claims, customer segmentation, and agent enablement platforms. - Architect and oversee production-grade AI systems leveraging NLP, computer vision, and generative AI for document processing, chatbot-driven advisory, and policy recommendation engines. - Partner with product, data science, and compliance teams to translate broker industry pain points into scalable AI solutions with measurable ROI. - Build and mentor cross-functional AI engineering & data science squads; establish MLops practices, model governance, and A/B testing frameworks. - Ensure all AI systems meet regulatory, audit, and data privacy standards (IRDAI, GDPR, DPDP Act) while maintaining real-time performance across high-volume transaction environments. - Represent AI vision externally present at industry forums, collaborate with insurer tech teams, and position the company as an AI innovation leader in the broker space.
