Role & Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce architecture across multi-cloud environments. - Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints for end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including integrations with ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. - Architect and govern enterprise-grade integrations using MuleSoft, APIs, Apex, and middleware tools to unify data flows across Salesforce and third-party platforms. - Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce org structure, data modeling, security model, automation, and deployment strategies (CI/CD). - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to ensure architecture aligns with business goals, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards. - Provide technical leadership to junior architects and developers; mentor on Salesforce-native design patterns, governor limits, and performance optimization.
