Our engineering teams deliver clean, maintainable, and secure Laravel-based productsfrom fintech platforms to CRM ecosystemswhile mentoring junior talent and enforcing architectural best practices across distributed teams. Role & Responsibilities Lead a cross-functional team of Laravel developers, setting technical direction, code standards, and sprint priorities aligned with product goals.Architect scalable, secure, and testable Laravel applications using MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices patternsensuring maintainability and performance at scale.Own end-to-end delivery of critical features: from requirement analysis and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to deployment and monitoring via CI/CD pipelines.Review code rigorously, enforce PSR standards, and conduct pair programming sessions to elevate team engineering excellence.Collaborate with product managers and QA leads to define acceptance criteria, estimate effort, and drive agile ceremonies for seamless delivery.Mentor junior developers, onboard new engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and ownership within the team.
