IT Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at our company, your main focus will be on managing business systems such as Bullhorn CRM and BI/reporting tools. You will play a key role in ensuring the systems are optimized to support data-driven decisions and efficient reporting. Collaborating closely with both business teams and IT, you will be responsible for maintaining system performance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and provide support for Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) and other business systems - Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integrity within Bullhorn and related systems - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau - Extract and analyze data using SQL and Bullhorn data structures - Gather and document business requirements for Bullhorn and reporting needs - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams/vendors - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Bullhorn workflows - Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades - Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for seamless operations Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience working with Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) - Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation - Proficient in SQL for data analysis - Understanding of CRM/ERP systems and their functionalities - Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in requirement gathering Additional Details: The role will be based in Noida and will require you to work in a US Shift schedule with 5 days of work per week. As a full-time employee, you should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
