Senior Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview You will be responsible for managing business systems such as Bullhorn CRM and BI/reporting tools. Your role will involve working closely with business teams and IT to optimize systems and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Manage and provide support for Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) and other business systems - Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integrity within Bullhorn and related systems - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau - Extract and analyze data using SQL and Bullhorn data structures - Gather and document business requirements for Bullhorn and reporting needs - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams/vendors - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in Bullhorn workflows - Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades - Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams Qualification Required - Experience working with Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) - Strong proficiency in Power BI/Tableau - Hands-on experience with SQL - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Understanding of business systems such as CRM and ERP - Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering Additional Details The company emphasizes the importance of optimizing business systems, enabling data-driven decisions, and fostering collaboration between business and IT teams.
