About the role
As a UI-UX Designer with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visually appealing user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving usability and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis - Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows - Translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions - Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs - Define information architecture and navigation systems - Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces - Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components - Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders - Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics for optimization - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design - Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile applications - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools - Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (preferred) As an additional detail, the company emphasizes a user-centered design approach, collaboration, and communication within cross-functional teams.
