Front End Architect - React.js

As a Front-end Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and developing scalable front-end solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Leading the design and implementation of reusable UI components and application architecture. - Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive and interactive user interfaces. - Working closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless application performance. - Driving best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, security, and accessibility. - Mentoring and guiding developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Participating in architectural decisions and technology evaluations. - Ensuring high-quality code through testing, automation, and continuous integration practices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex front-end issues. Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of experience in front-end development. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role. - Strong expertise in: - React.js - Redux - JavaScript (ES6+) - HTML5 - CSS3 - Deep understanding of: - React Hooks - Context API - Component Lifecycle Management - State Management - Experience with TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as: - Jest - React Testing Library - Experience working with REST APIs and modern web application architectures. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility.
