React.js Architect

As an experienced Front-end Developer, you will have the opportunity to architect and develop scalable front-end solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of reusable UI components and application architecture. - Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive and interactive user interfaces. - Working closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless application performance. - Driving best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, security, and accessibility. - Mentoring and guiding developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Participating in architectural decisions and technology evaluations. - Ensuring high-quality code through testing, automation, and continuous integration practices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex front-end issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in front-end development. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role. - Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Component Lifecycle Management, State Management. - Experience with TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. - Experience working with REST APIs and modern web application architectures. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility. Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include experience with Next.js, familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, experience working with Git-based development workflows, and understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
