ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the Servicenow platform Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Stay current with Servicenow best practices and new features Requirements: 3 years of experience in Servicenow development Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development principles Experience with the ServiceNow API and integration technologies Experience with the Servicenow platform, including the ServiceNow Studio and Service Portal Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Servicenow ITOM (IT Operations Management) suite Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and MID Server Experience with version control systems such as Git Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Mocha
