Your tasks
Planning and coordinating production processes and equipment
Leading project management activities, including technical leadership to the project team
Managing the overall project budget and ensuring all project objectives are met
Designing workstations with a strong focus on ergonomics and occupational safety
Preparing technical tender documents/specifications, evaluating supplier proposals and ensuring compliance with requirements
Creating and maintaining layout plans (AutoCAD)
Evaluating projects and change requests, including feasibility assessments (e.g., manufacturability checks)
Setting up new projects in coordination with all relevant interfaces and departments
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics) or a comparable qualification
6–7 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on assembly
Strong English skills; German language skills are a plus
Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with a high degree of flexibility
Willingness to travel internationally for projects
