Your tasks
Manage and develop suppliers of electronic components in accordance with automotive industry requirements
Plan, conduct, and follow up on system, process, and product audits at supplier locations in accordance with VDA 6.3 requirements
Manage supplier complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools
Monitor, analyze, and improve supplier quality KPIs
Define, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Lead supplier quality escalations and coordinate cross-functional activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Manage supplier containment activities, including CSL1, CSL2, Safe Launch, and other quality assurance measures
Analyze laboratory and measurement results related to electronic components
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Quality departments
Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Quality Assurance within the automotive industry
Proven experience with electronic components such as PCBs, sensors, ECUs, connectors, semiconductors, and similar products
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA requirements, and AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
Experience in conducting VDA 6.3 process audits
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
