About the role
Role & responsibilities Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline - 10+ years proven experience in high-tech mechanical system architecture for semiconductor equipment or precision mechanics applications - Demonstrated ability to decompose customer inputs and system specifications into structured mechanical requirements and interface definitions - Experience leading system architecture phases and making design decisions in complex multi-stakeholder environments - Expert proficiency in GD&T; application, DFM/DFA principles, and DFMEA execution for precision assemblies Define mechanical system architecture and interface specifications for semiconductor equipment and precision instrumentation platforms - Decompose customer requirements and system specifications into structured, traceable mechanical subsystem requirements and design constraints - Lead technical design reviews and defend architectural decisions to customers and internal stakeholders across international project teams - Apply advanced GD&T; standards, DFM/DFA principles, and DFMEA methodologies to ensure manufacturability and reliability of ultra-precision assemblies - Drive project execution including timeline management, resource allocation, and deliverable coordination for Southeast Asian customer engagements - Conduct technical alignment sessions at Netherlands and India facilities for cross-site collaboration and knowledge transfer.
