Your position In your new position as Team Lead, Telecommunication in the Technology Solutions division, you will hold a dual role combining technical expertise and people leadership. You will be responsible for the daily leadership of our office in Kochi, India, while also acting as a key technical authority within telecom engineering. You will join a dedicated Telecom team focused on delivering reliable and innovative communication solutions for energy projects worldwide. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring high-quality engineering deliverables, supporting your team's development, and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across locations. At Semco Maritime, safety is a core value, and you will actively contribute to promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture in all activities. Your place of work will be in Kochi, India. The position is full-time, and you can expect limited travel. Your tasks & responsibilities As a Telecom Lead, you will be responsible for technical leadership and ensuring high-quality telecom engineering deliverables across projects.
