AGM - Downstream Processing

Role Overview Department: DSP Designation: AGM Reporting To: General Manager Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Lead and supervise the downstream processing team. Responsible for leading the development & optimization of downstream purification processes for vaccines, or recombinant proteins Responsible for leading scale-up and technology transfer of downstream purification processes for vaccines, or recombinant proteins Troubleshoot downstream processing issues during development and manufacturing. Review SOPs, batch records, protocols, technical reports, and regulatory documentation. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines. Handle QMS activities like deviations, CAPA, Investigation, Change controls etc
