AGM / Senior Manager Cyber Security Location: Bhat, Gujarat Experience: 8-10 Years CTC: 15-20 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead and strengthen the organization's information security framework. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise cybersecurity, OT/IT security, cloud security, compliance, and risk management within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, policies, and governance frameworks. Secure both Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise IT infrastructure across manufacturing facilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GAMP, ISO 27001, and Data Integrity guidelines. Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, SIEM monitoring, EDR/XDR management, and incident response. Manage cloud security across Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms. Strengthen Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust security architecture. Conduct IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Manage third-party/vendor security assessments and compliance. Drive cybersecurity awareness initiatives and business continuity planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure digital transformation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 810 years of experience in Cyber Security with leadership exposure. Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA will be an added advantage.
