Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant Location: Bhat CTC: Up to 18 LPA Experience: 8-12 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead SAP implementation, deployment, and support for Finance and Controlling processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO, finance operations, business process optimization, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, rollout, and deployment projects. Configure and support Finance Closing Cockpit, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation. Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Handle Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA. Work on Results Analysis, Overhead Assessment, Settlement, and Unsettled Costs. Gather and analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and provide solution recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support SAP Fiori applications and system enhancements. Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance. Required Skills 812 years of experience in SAP FICO. Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and rollout projects. Expertise in Finance and Controlling modules. Experience in: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Product Costing COPA (Profitability Analysis) Finance Closing Cockpit MIS Reporting Budgeting Financial Consolidation Results Analysis Overhead Assessment Settlement Process Experience with SAP Fiori applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA FICO Certification (Preferred). Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects. Exposure to integration with other SAP modules.
