AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI frameworks, with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.) Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Good understanding of ML model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases Build and optimize LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for performance, accuracy, and cost optimization Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions Ensure best practices for model security, governance, and scalability Calsoft is a leading technology-first partner, providing digital and product engineering services.
