About the role
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Storage (Buckets), Cloud Data Fusion, BigQuery, and Google Analytics. Ability to lead projects independently and ensure timely delivery. Strong skills in performance tuning across data processing workflows. Experience with real-time streaming implementations and architectures (preferred). Experience in building reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. Solid understanding of data organization with hands-on experience in ETL and ELT processes. Proven experience in designing resilient and scalable data pipelines. Ability to own problems end-to-end, including data collection, extraction, and cleansing. Contribute to and implement maintenance strategies for datasets. 10+ years of hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer, BI Engineer, or Data Warehousing Engineer. Strong experience with ETL tools such as Talend, SSIS, Informatica, and similar platforms. Working knowledge of Java and Python along with associated build and packaging tools. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Druid, Hive, and Presto. Strong hands-on experience using Python for data processing and automation.
