Expertise in ITSM, ITOM and Supply Chain Management workflows. Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs). Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration. CMDB design and management, Discovery configuration, and troubleshooting. Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end implementations. Good-to-Have Skills: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM). Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications. Knowledge of Agile delivery and stakeholder. Any Graduate 8+ years Role ServiceNow Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management, ITSM, and ITOM. You will lead a team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices and manage complex integrations. 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with core platform development and customization.
