Strong remote support & troubleshooting skills. Hands-on experience with Outlook configuration. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Active Directory & networking. Ability to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Be proficient with English while coordinating with user. Responsibilities Looking for Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware. Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Configure, install, and configure Outlook, O365 applications, and other enterprise software. Support Windows OS, network connectivity, printers, and other IT assets. Provide technical guidance to end-users and assist in IT process improvements. Be professional while coordinating with user and follow the defined process. Escalate issue to higher level if unresolved for faster resolution.
