Principal AMS verification engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, responsible for SRAM Memory Compiler Development. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in digital circuit design, with a focus on custom memory circuit design. Roles and Responsibility Design and implement major sub-circuit blocks from architecture definition to fine-tuning. Perform schematic entry using Cadence Virtuoso and conduct circuit simulations with Spectre. Develop SRAM views, including timing characterization, and conduct statistical analysis across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) variations. Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance power-performance-area metrics. Collaborate with the physical design team to create optimal GDS layouts and partner with the Hardware and Silicon Validation Team for silicon evaluation. Analyze, summarize, document, and present results effectively. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital circuit design, focusing on custom memory circuit design. Proficiency in tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys tools, HSPICE, Spectre, and solido. Experience with deep sub-micron nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm), compiler IP development, foundry PDKs, and memory characterization. Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, DFT, Verilog/VHDL, and scripting languages like Perl, Python, or TCL. Ability to work collaboratively in a shared collaboration environment with transparency and inclusivity.
