Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region What you have Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years strong experience in production support, SRE, or systems engineering. Experience participating in on-call rotations, including markethours support and afterhours escalations. Deep understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, burn rate alerts). Hands-on experience reducing toil via automation. Hands-on expertise with observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Moogsoft, or xMatters) and alert optimization. Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis. Proficiency with structured logging, log analysis, and alert tuning. Ability to create and maintain runbooks, operational guides, and incident playbooks. Familiarity with automation concepts and ability to identify and reduce operational toil through scripts, tooling, or process improvements. Strong communication skills with ability to influence teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with incident automation, building selfhealing systems, and reducing alert noise. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Salt, or CloudFormation). Experience performing blameless postmortems and leading rootcause analysis sessions. Exposure to highvolume or batchdriven systems, performance tuning, and longrunning job monitoring SRE assessments.
