Job Description

1. 系統開發與維護：

負責保單管理系統中 - 保單面頁、信文套印、繳費證明…等系統的程式開發與維護，確保系統穩定運行。

1. 需求管理：

包括範疇管理、需求收集、分析和優先度排序，確保業務需求的準確落實。

1. 用戶需求訪談：

與用戶進行需求訪談，並引導用戶完整填寫業務需求文件。

1. 需求文件撰寫：

撰寫業務需求文件，確保使用者需求及業務流程的完整性，督導分析及開發人員依據需求進行功能規格的撰寫及開發。

1. 專案協調：

配合專案需求，進行溝通與跨部門協調，掌握時程、品質與範圍。

1. 程式碼審查：

執行程式碼審查，確保程式與需求一致性，提升系統的可靠性以及維持系統開發品質。

1. 廠商管理：

管理駐點廠商人員(1~2名)，協助任務分配、進度控管、品質管理…等，確保需求及專案順利推進。

1. 其他任務：

完成主管交辦的其他相關工作事項。

Qualifications

1. 同業經驗：

• 具備壽險相關業務系統維護經驗，歷練過壽險業務流程尤佳。

1. 專業技能：

• 熟悉保服相關系統者(包含但不限於保單管理、保戶服務、保全作業、理賠管理…等)優先考慮。

1. 分析與溝通能力：

• 具備良好的問題分析與解決能力，邏輯清晰，擅長溝通協調。

• 需與國外團隊溝通與文件撰寫，具備英文聽說讀寫能力尤佳。

1. 需求/專案管理：

• 具備需求/專案管理能力，能提供有效的解決方案。

1. 團隊管理：

• 具備小型團隊（2～3人，駐點人員）管理經驗者尤佳。

1. 技術經驗：

• o 建議具備5年以上 Java 開發經驗。

• 以下技術經驗具備2年以上者尤佳 :

• o 具備 Java Framework經驗，如 Spring Boot、Struts2者尤佳。

• o 具備前端技術如 jQuery、Bootstrap 者。

• o 熟悉 ORM 工具（如 JPA/Hibernate）者。

• o 熟悉專案建置工具，如 Gradle 或 Maven者。

• o 具備 RESTful API 與 Web Service 開發經驗者。

• o 熟悉 Git /Github版本控制與日常操作流程者。

• o 具備管理程式碼弱點掃描及修復經驗者。

1. 學歷要求：

• 資訊相關科系畢業者尤佳。
