Role Overview: As a member of the HR MI & Analytics team at a global law firm, your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and delivering quantitative and qualitative management information to various global groups within and outside HR. You will work with experienced HR Data Analytics Specialists to support the firm's strategic objectives through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Support regions, Communities of Expertise, and senior stakeholders by providing detailed HR analysis and reporting, including FTE and headcount data, People Survey results, pulse surveys, attrition rates, capacity analysis, People scorecards, etc. - Build predictive models and develop advanced algorithms to extract and classify information from large datasets. - Produce/enhance monthly management packs with value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and focus areas. - Create ad-hoc metrics and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives and act as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate with the team to solve complex business problems using advanced data analytics and reporting techniques. - Develop tactical statistical models to understand business opportunities and areas for improvement. - Ensure data and report quality by troubleshooting issues and advocating for the effective use of HR systems and data. - Establish strong relationships with counterparts at global, regional, and local levels to collect, interpret, and compile data effectively. - Uphold data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and promoting standard definitions of HR data and metrics. - Expand knowledge on workforce metrics to enhance reporting output. - Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and promote best practices. - Support HR data and reporting requests, provide benchmarks, historical data, and respond to inquiries related to HR data. - Support change management on analytics-related and other HR projects. - Propose and implement solutions to make HR reporting processes more efficient and effective. - Automate standard reports, design user-friendly templates, and manage data visualization and dashboard development activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business, Data Science, or related discipline. - Proven experience in HR data analytics, reporting, and project management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate findings effectively. - Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel functions. - Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. - Experience with HR systems and data management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
