Node. js: Intermediate level for application/service support. Web Servers: Intermediate knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Nginx. Docker/Kubernetes: Proficient in containerization and orchestration. Database Skills: Intermediate knowledge of at least two: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Linux/Unix & Scripting : Proficient in command-line usage; intermediate shell scripting skills. Monitoring/Logging: Experience with Splunk or comparable tools. Ticketing tool : Experience with ServiceNow /Remedy/JIRA or any other ticketing tool. Shifts : Open to work in shifts which include weekends (VISA PRE standard shifts). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and documentation abilities Experience in Shell Scripting Should have understanding of Java and python Experience in Hadoop, Spark (Java, scala) is a add on.
