Drive program planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams and vendors. Coordinate with business, IT, and system integrators to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Support budget tracking, resource planning, and change control processes. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and compliance standards. Drive quality assurance and readiness assessments for key program milestones (e.g., SIT, UAT, Cutover). Maintain documentation and audit trails for program governance and decision-making. Mandatory skills 13+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in PMO roles. Proven experience in S4/O9migration or implementation projects. Strong understanding of ERP landscapes, data migration, and integration complexities. Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Desired skills* Experience working in global delivery models and managing multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in ERP transformations. MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.
