Primarily responsible for providing IT support followed by development Experience with PowerHouse 4GL programming language Knowledge of Cobol programming and Unix commands Troubleshooting across different functional teams and external customers Resolves user service requests and incidents in a timely manner measured by committed SLAs Autosys scheduler monitoring and follow up with respective parties in case of issues encountered Mandatory skills* PowerHouse 4GL and Cobol Desired skills* Unix shell scripting
