Access request Workflows: Request Management Bug-fixing and Problem analysis - Root Cause analysis Monitoring Jobs: Errors logs using IDM Toolset Audit. Deploy changes based on JIRA tickets (Stories, Bugs, Tasks) and rollout. Maintain Service Desk knowledgebase articles through Confluence.
