Mandatory - Should have experience of Application Management from Insurance domain Location Gurgaon Experience 12-20Years Must Have Skills Must be from Application support background Hands on experience of managing delivery for Indian BFSI clients Technically aware of understanding criticality of support activities and processes Can guide team and hand hold team technically , when required Understanding of clients expectation and stakeholder management Develop and support internal performance metrics (KPIs), establishing and monitoring service delivery and SLAs .
