Oracle patching during Clover Infotech is looking for Oracle Database - Delivery Manger . Required : Oracle Database Delivery Manager Location - Chennai Clients handled - BFSI Responsibilities Oracle Database Delivery Management SPOC for any escalation and manage issues arising within Oracle Database Team Management Interacting with the Client Business Managers with regular reviews Interacting with the team members for the mutual benefit in the project while liaising with the customers/clients on their projects for better feedback. Conduct regular reviews and refines the engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement on the quality of services delivered. Managing the activities pertaining to finalization of projects/applications for smooth execution of projects, providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues Tracking Delivery progress in terms of cost, resource deployment, time over runs and quality compliance and proactively identified and rectified problems to ensure adherence to delivery time-lines.
