The role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting Windows servers, POS systems, network infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2 onsite support for retail IT infrastructure. - Troubleshoot POS systems, kiosks, payment devices, and network issues. - Manage Windows Server and endpoint infrastructure. - Support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and coordinate with ISPs. - Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated incidents. - Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and assist in infrastructure rollouts and upgrades.
