Field Engineer

Field Engineer Location: Hyderabad & Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for Field Engineers to provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for IT infrastructure and customer systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and be willing to travel within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT hardware. Perform OS installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Support domain-joined systems and basic Active Directory tasks. Configure and troubleshoot LAN connectivity and IP-based devices. Maintain service reports and coordinate with internal support teams. Provide on-site technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. 03 years of experience in Field Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply. Mandatory Skills Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting. Domain infrastructure and basic Active Directory knowledge. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and LAN troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of switches, routers, and network connectivity. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. PLC knowledge is an added advantage. Other Requirements Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
