Installation & trouble shooting of Operating Systems & applications Antivirus configuration & troubleshooting Domain Environment working Experience Video Conferencing Devices Support hands on Expirence Outlook Mail messaging clients configuration and troubleshooting Desktop peripheral (e.g. Printers & Scanners) drivers installation, configuration and Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and resolve end user devices incidents Maintain and update inventory of the site and send updates to Asset Coordinator. Assistance to central server and network team to resolve issues.
