Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business requirements related to Guidewire Claims and Billing Center. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. - Develop functional specifications and use cases for system enhancements and new features. - Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new functionalities. - Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to claims and billing processes.
