Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant

Analyze business processes and map them to NAV 2009 functionality. Provide functional support for NAV 2009, including troubleshooting and process optimization. Assist in data migration and integration with third-party applications. Train end users and create documentation for business processes. Support finance, supply chain and other core NAV modules. Business Central Responsibilities: Work with Web Client and Role Tailored client features for user accessibility. Define workflows, user roles, and permissions within BC. Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and ongoing support to users. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2009 & BC). Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, inventory, contracts and sales modules in NAV. Hands-on experience with business process mapping and requirement gathering. Familiarity with RTC (NAV 2009), Web Client (BC), and other NAV interfaces. Experience with data migration, system upgrades, and NAV integrations. Ability to create functional documentation and user manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. Knowledge of Jet Reports, or other reporting tools. Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification is an advantage.
