Title : Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Techno Functional consultant Location : Greater Noida Experience : 5-8 years relevant experience. Key skills : Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM, Techno functional, Plug-ins, power platform. We at Coforge are hiring CRM Techno-Functional Associate plays a pivotal role in aligning business needs with CRM technology, ensuring effective delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365). This role bridges functional understanding and technical execution to drive customer-centric operations. Core Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations and enhancements - Configure and support CRM components (entities, workflows, dashboards, automation) - Enable seamless integration with external systems (ERP, SAP, Billing) - Manage data migration, validation, and ensure data integrity - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive system reliability - Collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to user training, and maintain documentation Key Capabilities - Strong CRM techno-functional expertise with knowledge of Dynamics 365 - Understanding of plug-ins, workflows, APIs, and Power Platform - Business process alignment across Sales, Service, and Marketing domains - Analytical mindset with effective communication and stakeholder management Technical Skills: Programming: C# / Java - API Integration: REST / SOAP - Database: SQL (queries, joins) - CRM/Apps: Dynamics 365 / configuration - Automation: Workflows / Power Automate - Debugging: Error handling / logs analysis - Version Control: Git / DevOps - Data Handling: Data migration / mapping - Cloud Basics: Azure fundamentals - Soft Skills: Communication / problem-solving Title : Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Techno Functional consultant Location : Greater Noida Experience : 5-8 years relevant experience.
