About the role
As an Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst at our company, your role will involve configuring, managing, and optimizing Oracle Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Data Management (CDM) systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless data integration and maintaining high-quality customer data across various business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage Oracle CDP and CDM systems to align with business requirements. - Ensure high-quality customer data integration across different platforms. - Provide support and training to end-users while keeping system documentation up to date. - Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that technical capabilities align with business objectives. - Utilize strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. - Stay updated with new technologies and actively contribute to data governance initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Key Skills: - Oracle CDP and CDM Configuration. - System Analysis and Optimization. - Data Integration and Management. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. - Data Modeling. - Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Unity Cloud (preferred). - Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting. - Technical Support and End-User Training. - Documentation and Process Mapping. - Cross-functional Collaboration (IT, Product, Marketing, Sales). - Data Governance and Stewardship. - Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments. - Experience with Tableau or Power BI (preferred). - Knowledge of ERP systems. - Understanding of System Integration Techniques (APIs, Streams, etc.).
