Staff Optical Coating Process Engineer

The job function is in support of a new manufacturing cell to produce optical thin film coatings for Telecom product lines. Directly responsible for the execution of coating runs in multiple chambers. Work with development engineers, manufacturing and maintenance to meet delivery, yield and throughput goals, based on our 100% production run approach. This will include process management of automated coating platforms, review and analysis of product/process results, and providing critical input to the scheduling team for optimal machine utilization.
